       Maryland Prince Georges County sct

       I hereby certify that I have received satisfactory
       evidence that the bearer hereof
       a Mulatto woman who calls herself
       Patience Allen about twenty one
       years of age five feet seven and an
       half inches high no visible scars is
       the idinticial person named in a
       Deed of Manumission duly executed
       and acknowledged by Doc.r Spencer
       Mitchell and Recorded among the
       Land Records of Prince Georges
       County that he is free from
       the Eighteenth Instant the date
       of the said Manumission and came
       to her freedom by Virtue thereof
       she was born and Raised in
       the County aforesaid

       In testimony and so forth
       certificate Granted 20.th october 1819
