       of said county

       In testimony whereof I have hereunto set
       my hand and affixed the seal of the county
       court aforesaid this twenty third day of
       December eighteen hundred and nineteen

               I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
       a Black man (who calls himself Colly
       Logging about twenty five years old about     
       five feet eight inches high having on the
       middle finger of his right hand a large
       Lump of flesh which projects out is a free
       man & became entitled to his freedom by virtue
       of a Deed of manumission from Hezekiah
       Wheeler bearing date the 22.d day of June
       1805 & duly acknowledged & recorded in Liber
       J R M No 11 pages 55 &c one of the Land records
       of said county
