       Maryland Prince Georges County Sct

               I hereby certify that Suck the bearer
       hereof who calls himself Suck Countee
       about 5 feet 3⅓ inches high about 32
       years of age having a scar over her right
       eye and a small Mark on the right
       side of her face Near her Nose is a free woman
       and became entitled to her freedom by virtue
       of a Deed of Manumission from Charles Mitchell
       bearing date the twenty first day of March
       Eighteen Hundred and sixteen and executed
       acknowledged and recorded in one of the
       Land records of said county
