               I hereby certify that Susannah
        Hamilton a black girl about fifteen
        years of age and about five feet
       four inches high having a scar on
       the left cheek occasioned by a burnt is
       a free girl being the daughter of
       Lydia Hamilton who obtained her
       freedom by a Deed of Manumission
       from Higginson Belt bearing date
       the twenty third day of February in
       the year one thousand seven hundred
       and eighty one and recorded among
       the Land Records of Montgomery
       County

                        Given under my hand and
                        seal of Office this twelfth day
