            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
       a Woman by the name of Esther Churb
       of dark complexion about forty five
       years old five feet four inches high
       marked in the face by the small pox &
       who was raised in Prince Georges
       County is a free woman being the
       descendant of a free woman by the
       name of Margaret Churb

                      Given under my hand and
                      seal of Office this twenty sixth
