            I hereby certify that the bearer hereof
       a negro woman named Peggy Clarke about
       23 years old five feet three & a ½ Inches high
       of yellow complexion who was raised in P.
       G. C.y by Henry L. Hall is a free woman and
       obtained her freedom from said Hall by manumission
       bearing date the 28.th day of
       May 1810 & duly executed and recorded in
       my office
