Education Article are validated by this Act.

12-104.

(i) (1) Except as provided in subsections (e) and (f) of
this section, the Board may delegate any part of its authority
over the affairs of the constituent institutions and centers to
the Chancellor or the Presidents, or to any advisory bodies that
the Board establishes under [§ 12-lll(b)] § 12-201 of this title.

(c) The Institute shall:

(11) Cooperate with the Maryland Institute for

13-1A-02.

(b) (1) If authorized by the Board of Regents or its
designee, the campuses of the University may enter into
agreements or understandings with employees who are eligible for
overtime compensation under federal law that the employees will
receive voluntarily compensatory time off in accordance with the
federal Fair Labor Standards Amendments of 1985[, Pub. L. No.
99-150, 99 Stat. 787, as that act is codified at 29 U. S. C.
Section 201 et seq].
