It is the intent of the General
Assembly that no transfer of
governance of the Highland Health
Psychiatric Unit be consummated
until the budget committees
review the related financial
arrangement. The committees shall
have 45 days to review and
consider it. It is the further
intent that, upon closure or
transfer of governance of the
Highland Health Psychiatric Unit,
all positions at that unit be
abolished. It is the further
intent that no positions be
transferred from Highland to any
other facility or program during
F.Y. 1990.
