32.13.01.12 Community Services

General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $5,000,000 $-0- for
Community Service projects is
contingent upon the enactment of
legislation to allow the
Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene to establish a fee for
services, further provided that
$2,200,000 of this appropriation,
made for the purpose of enhancing
provider base rates, be withheld
until the budget committees
review a report on the status of
the prospective payment system.
The report shall be provided by
July 1, 1989 and the committees
shall have 45 days to review it..

Federal Fund Appropriation.........

All appropriations provided for
Community Services 32.13.01.12
are to be used only for the
purposes herein appropriated and
may only be transferred for the
purpose of enhancing or matching
federal funds for developmental
disability services. All funds
remaining at the close of June
30, 1990 shall revert to the
general fund.
