General Fund Appropriation,
provided that the appropriation
made for the purpose of
regulation of insurance may be
expended for that purpose only
and may not be transferred by
budget amendment or otherwise to
any other purpose. Any excess
remaining on June 30, 1990, shall
revert to the general fund.......

Insurance Companies
