VACANCIES ON THE CITY COUNCIL

Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF RISING SUN CODIFYING THE
EXISTING MUNICIPAL CHARTER OF RISING SUN WITH CERTAIN MINOR
CHANGES: ADOPTING A CODIFICATION AND REVISION OF THE ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS OF THE TOWN OF RISING SUN: PROVIDING FOR THE
MAINTENANCE OF SAID CODE: REPEALING AND SAVING FROM REPEAL
CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED THEREIN: ESTABLISHING A PENALTY
FOR ALTERING OR TAMPERING WITH THE CODE: RATIFYING MINOR
NONSUBSTANTIVE CHANGES: AND MAKING CERTAIN SUBSTANTIVE CHANGES IN
PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED LEGISLATION

[Section(s) 31-1 through 31-30, inclusive of the Charter of
the Town of Rising Sun, Cecil County, as found in the compilation
of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Section(s) C-l through C-24, inclusive of the Charter of the
Town of Rising Sun, Cecil County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.
