(6) SPECIFIC TERMS GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF THE AUTHORITY,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL REPORTING, BUDGETARY, AND
PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS, PROVIDED THAT THESE SPECIFIC TERMS MAY NOT
ADD POWERS TO THE AUTHORITY WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE.

(D) (E) THE COUNTY OR BALTIMORE CITY HOWARD COUNTY SHALL SEND TO
THE SECRETARY A COPY OF ANY -ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION ACTIVATING A
QUASI-PUBLIC AUTHORITY WHICH WILL SERVE AS A CORE SERVICE AGENCY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Patuxent River Commission - Tributary Strategy Implementation

FOR the purpose of establishing the Patuxent River Commission as. the Tributary
Strategy Implementation Team for the Patuxent Watershed; providing that draft
amendments to the Patuxent River Policy Plan be considered at certain intervals;
altering certain voting requirements for the approval of certain amendments to the
Plan; establishing the membership of the Commission; requiring the Commission to
perform certain duties; and generally relating to the Patuxent River Policy Plan and
the Patuxent River Commission.
