State of Maryland  Anne Arundel County to wit

I Nicholas H Green Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne
Arundel County do hereby Certify that it hath been
proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof named
Eliza Jane Gross aged about thirty three years about
four feet Eleven Inches high dark Complexion
has no perceptible marks is one of the persons
Manumitted by Stephen Beard & wife by
deed dated the tenth day of May Eighteen
hundred and fifty six and that She
was raised in the County aforesaid
             Issued 22 April 1856

State of Maryland  Anne Arundel County to wit   I Nicholas
H Green Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County
do hereby certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof named Mary Eliza Snowden aged about
nineteen years about five feet four & a quarter inches high brown
Complexion has a scar under the right eye was free born
and that she was raised in the County aforesaid
             Issued the 23rd April 1856

State of Maryland  Anne Arundel County to wit  I Nicholas
H Green Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County do
hereby certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that
the bearer hereof named William Fleetwood aged about
twenty five years about five feet nine and a quarter inches
high black Complexion has a very black flesh mole on
the left hand near the wrist was free born, and
that he was raised in the County aforesaid
             Issued the 25th April 1856
