State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit

     I Nicholas H Green Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
named Thomas Warfield aged about twenty two
years about five feet five inches high yellow
complexion has a small scar on the back of the
right hand is one of the persons manumitted by
Thomas Burley by deed dated the third day of
March eighteen hundred and fifty four and
that he was raised in the County aforesaid
                  Issued the 9th May 1857

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit

     I Nicholas H Green Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify
that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof named Thomas H Ward
aged about twenty Six years about five feet
Nine and a half inches high yellow Complexion
has a small scar mole on the right temple
is free born and that he was raised in
the County aforesaid
                  Issued the 13 May 1857

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit  I Nicholas
H Green Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County
do hereby certify that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof named William Brashears aged about
twenty seven years about five feet two & three quarter inches
high black complexion has no perceptible marks is the
identical person manumitted by William Brashears
by deed dated the sixteenth day of August 1856 and
that he was raised in the County aforesaid
                  Issued the 14 May 1857
