Maryland Anne Arundel County to
wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern That it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Boston aged about fifty seven years about five feet three Inches & ^an half^ high, black Complexion, is one of the persons manumitted by Sarah Galloway and Virgil Maxey by deed dated the second day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty one, and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 4th day of October 1821 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Araminta Chew aged about forty two years about five feet five Inches high brown Complexion a small scar upon the inside of the left arm near the wrist is the Identical person who obtained her freedom by Judgment in Anne Arundel County Court at October Term 1821 upon a Petition filed in the said Court against Nicholas Brewer Junior trustee of George medkiff an Insolvent debtor, and that she was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21st day of November 1821 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may Concern that it hath been proved to my |
