my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro
woman named Dinah Hall aged about twenty
two years about five feet two Inches high
black Complexion a scar upon the back part
of the left arm above the Elbow and another
upon the back of the neck is one of the persons
manumitted by Richard B Watts by dated
the fifth day of December in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty
one, and that she was raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 6th day of December 1821


    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit:
               I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
or may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a mulatto
man named Thomas Phelps aged about twenty
one years about five feet nine Inches high
bright Complexion has two small Marks one
on each arm, and a small scar on the right
arm, was free born and raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 24th day of December 1821


    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
               I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
or may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man
named Saul aged about thirty five years
about five feet four and an half Inches high
black Complexion has two small scars on the
breast is one of the person manumitted by
Francis Hancock by deed dated the sixth day
