of march in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and nineteen, and that he was raised in the
County aforesaid
          Issued the 27th day of December 1821


    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
               I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may concern That it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man
Bill (Commonly called William Carter)
aged about thirty one years, about five feet five
and an half Inches high, brown Complexion, has
a small scar in the left eye brow is one of the
persons manumitted by Sarah Riggs by deed
dated the Eighteenth day of may in the year of
our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
fourteen, and that he was raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 28th day of December 1821


Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
        I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof a mulatto
man named Rezin aged about twenty years
about five feet six Inches high bright
Complexion sharp face a small scar on the
chin is one of the persons manumitted by Sarah
Riggs by deed ^dated^ the Eighteenth hundred and
fourteen and that he was raised in the County
aforesaid
    Issued the 16th day of January 1822


    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit
               I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or
