Maryland Anne Arundel County to
wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Elias Queen aged about twenty one years about five feet six Inches high, black Complexion and has several small scars in the face, was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 31st day of may 1822 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William Isaac aged about thirty years about five feet ten Inches high dark Complexion, a scar the inside of the left wrist, and a small scar on the under lip was free born, and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 8th day of June 1822 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may Concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Samuel Hackman Junior aged about twenty one and Eight months about five feet four Inches high, dark Complexion no perceptible mark was free born and raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 14th day of June 1822 |
