the persons manumitted by Charles Carroll of Carrollton
by deed dated the Eleventh day of
march Eighteen hundred and six, and that he
was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 22d day of may 1823


    State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County sc
                            I hereby Certify to all whom it doth
or may concern that it hath been proved to my
satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Elizabeth
Bailey aged about twenty nine years about five feet
four Inches high brown Complexion has a small
scar on the left corner of the mouth, was free born
and raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 15 day of July 1823


    Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: 
                I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may
concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof a negro man named Tom
Haywood aged about twenty five years about six
feet three Inches high dark Complexion has a
scar on his left knee, one on his right knee and
Instep, and one on his left leg above the ancle
is the Identical person manumitted by Bell
Haywood by deed dated the fourteenth day of
march Eighteen hundred and twelve and that he
was raised in the County aforesaid
    Issued the 16th day of July 1823

that the bearer hereof a mulatto woman named
Sall aged about thirty four years about five feet
