Clerk of Circuit Court, Baltimore County, 1941-42.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, July 2, 1905. Attended Baltimore Polytechnic Institute; Baltimore City College; The Johns Hopkins University; Walton School of Commerce, Chicago, Illinois. Employed by Baltimore Sun, 1920-24, 1927. Manager, Billing and Order Dept., Locke Insulator Corp. of Baltimore, 1924-27. Assistant Secretary and Treasurer, Baltimore Oil Company. Chief Accountant, Belber Trunk and Bag Company, Woodbury, New Jersey. Manager, Green Spring Valley Hunt Club, Baltimore County, 1933-41. President, Maryland Association of Counties, 1962. Board of Directors, Glyndon Bank, Glyndon, Maryland. Treasurer, Baltimore County Tax Payers League. President, Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown, 1939-40. Member, Elks Lodge no. 469, Towson. Member, All Saints Episocpal Church, Reisterstown, Maryland (senior warden). Married; four children, four grandchildren. Died in Towson, Maryland, August 22, 1985.
