Said bill was the returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Tome, from the committee on Finance, reported with-
out amendment, the bill entitled, an Act in favor of the Reg-
stration Officers;
Which was read the second time.
The bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Commissioners of
Prince George's county, Charles county, St. Mary's and Cal-
vert county to subscribe to the Washington and Point Lookout
Railroad company;
Was read the second time, and by special order, the third
time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow;
