The Secretary of the Senate delivered the House hill enti- tled, "An Act to amend the 31st section of Article 27 of the Public General Laws entitled, 'Corporations;' " Endorsed, " Vote reconsidered and bill passed by yeas and nays." Mr. Valliant moved to reconsider the vote by which the bill to change the Code in reference to Apprentices was re- jected. Decided in the affirmative.
