1866, chapter 4, entitled an Act supplementary to the Act of
1864, chapter 353, entitled an Act to incorporate the Presi-
dent and Commissioners of the town of Cecilton, reported it
without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time,

Mr. Maddox, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act of 1864,
chapter 71, adding additional sections to the Code of Public
General Law in relation to Fish and Fisheries, sub-title,
"Waters of the Potomac River," &c., reported it without
amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Browne, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to regulate fences in Car-
roll county, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Union Mining and Iron Manufacturing Company of Freder-
ick county, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Miller, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to whom was referred House bill entitled an Act to add a
new section to Article 16, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled, " Chancery," sub-title, " Jurisdiction," re-
ported it without amendment,

Said bill-was then read the second time.
Mr. Malone moved, that said bill be read the third time

this day.
The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,

of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared as, follows:
