the Baltimore Manual Labor School and the lands
now owned or lately owned by Michael K. Wart-
man and Bennett Walker, and the lands now occu-
pied by Mrs. Gustavus W. Lurman, or such of
them as may be necessary for the location of said
Avenue, to a point on the Rolling Road between
the entrance to the residence of George A. Rei-
necker and the entrance to the lane leading to the
residence of George Richstein, thence across or
along and occupying the bed of the old Rolling
Road to a point about east from the dairy of said
George A. Reinecker, and thence westerly through
the lands of said Reinecker, and at least sixty feet
southerly from the said dairy to the lands belong-
ing to the estate of John Glenn, thence through
said lands, still in a southwesterly direction to a
point at or near the dividing line between said
lands and the lands of George Richstein, thence
still through the lands of the estate of John Glenn
to the outline of said lands, thence by the most
practicable route through the lands of the Mary-
land Industrial School for Girls, and again through
the lands of the estate of John Glenn, to a point
near the Orange Grove Mill, on the Patapsco, and

 

thence from said point across said river to a point
on or near the lands lately belonging to Anthony
Smith, thence to a point on or near the lands be-
longing to George W, Sands and George L.
Stockett, and thence by the most practicable route
to a point at or near Pushpin bridge, on the Co-
lumbia turnpike.

End of road.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That the Carrollton
Avenue Company be and it is hereby authorized to
construct a passenger railway, with one or more
tracks, along and upon the road and route upon
which, by the original Act and this supplement, it is
authorized to construct the aforesaid turnpike road,
and that the said Carrollton Avenue Company shall
have the right, subject to such general regulations
as the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore shall,
from time to time, establish and ordain for the
government of passenger railways within the
limits of said city of Baltimore, of connecting
with any other railways or roads which are now
or may be constructed.

Sec. 6. And be it enacted, That to enable said
Company to carry into full effect the provisions of
this Act, it may and is hereby authorized to
