him Anne Stewart, with whom the said Isaac
Stewart for a number of years past cohabited as
man and wife, and who is in needy and indigent
circumstances; and whereas, by the united ener-
gy and industry of the said Isaac Stewart and
Anne Stewart, the said Isaac Stewart accumulated
certain property not exceeding four hundred dol-
lars, after the payments of his just debts and costs
of administration; and whereas, letters of admin-
istration upon the estate of the said Isaac Stewart
have been granted unto William Stewart by the
Orphan's Court of Somerset County; therefore,

pay debts,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That William Stewart, administra-
tor and trustee to sell the real estate of Isaac
Stewart, late of Somerset County, deceased, under
a decree of the Orphans Court for Somerset
County, be and he is hereby authorized, em-
powered and required to pay over the balance in
his hands as administrator and trustee aforesaid,
after satisfying all just debts of the said Isaac
Stewart, including costs of administration and
trustee's commissions, to Anne Stewart.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 54.
|
|
|
AN ACT to repeal Section seventy-nine, Article
six, title Caroline County, sub- title "Elections,"
of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to enact
the following Sections in lieu thereof;

Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section seventy-nine of Ar-
ticle six, title Caroline County, sub-title Elections,
be and the same is hereby repealed, and the fol-
lowing Section be and the same is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof;
79. And be it enacted, That Caroline County is
divided into five Election Districts, to be known
