CHAPTER 76.
AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint a Notary Public in the town of Princess Anne, in Somerset County,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby authorized to appoint a Notary Public in Princess Anne, in Somerset County.	Governor to appoint No- tary.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 2, 1870.	In force.
CHAPTER 77.
AN ACT to incorporate the town of Frostburg, in Allegany County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the citizens of the town of Frostburg, in Allegany County, are a body corpo- rate, by the name of the Mayor and Councilmen of Frostburg, and by that name may sue and be sued, and have and use a common seal.		Sue and be sued.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the limits of said town be as fo- llows: Beginning at a stone standing on the south side of the National Road, south forty-five and a quarter degrees, east three hundred and ninety- four feet from the southeast corner of the German
Lutheran Church, and from thence running south nineteen degrees, west twenty-three hundred and forty-one feet, to a stake on the east side of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad, then with said road south thirty-two and a half degrees, west nine hundred and seventy-five feet, north fifty-nine degrees, west eight hundred and fifty feet, to a hounded red oak, north forty-six and a half de- grees, west four hundred and seventeen feet, to a		Limits.
