CHAPTER 76.

AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint a
Notary Public in the town of Princess Anne, in
Somerset County,
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Governor be and he is
hereby authorized to appoint a Notary Public in
Princess Anne, in Somerset County.

take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 77.
|
|
|
AN ACT to incorporate the town of Frostburg,
in Allegany County.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the citizens of the town of
Frostburg, in Allegany County, are a body corpo-
rate, by the name of the Mayor and Councilmen
of Frostburg, and by that name may sue and be
sued, and have and use a common seal.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the limits of said town be as fo-
llows: Beginning at a stone standing on the south
side of the National Road, south forty-five and a
quarter degrees, east three hundred and ninety-
four feet from the southeast corner of the German

Lutheran Church, and from thence running south
nineteen degrees, west twenty-three hundred and
forty-one feet, to a stake on the east side of the
Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad, then with
said road south thirty-two and a half degrees, west
nine hundred and seventy-five feet, north fifty-nine
degrees, west eight hundred and fifty feet, to a
hounded red oak, north forty-six and a half de-
grees, west four hundred and seventeen feet, to a
