Bounds.

east twenty-three hundred and seventy feet, south
thirty-one degrees, east eight hundred and fifty
feet, to a stake in the centre of the road leading to
the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad depot,
and with said road south eight degrees, west three
hundred and sixty-feet; to a stake standing north
sixty-three and a half degrees, east ten feet from
the northeast corner of Holley's brewery, thence
north eighty-four degrees, east eleven hundred
and forty-nine feet, south five degrees, west fifteen
hundred and fifty feet, to the point of beginning.

Elect Mayor.
|
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the white male
citizens of the age of twenty-one years and up-
wards, who have resided in the town of Frostburg
one year preceding the election, shall on the first
Monday of April in each year, at the usual place
of holding elections in said town, elect one person
residing in said town, and having real and per-
sonal property therein to the value of five hundred
dollars, Mayor of the town of Frostburg.

Councilmen.
|
Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the persons
qualified, as required by the preceding Section,
shall also at the same time and place elect six per-
sons who shall have resided in said town one year
next preceding said election, and who shall he
assessed on the books of said town, to a sum not
less than one hundred dollars, as Councilmen of
said town.

Judges of
Election.
|
Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That John C. Weis,
Owen Hitchens and John Hawking be and they
are hereby appointed Judges of Election, to hold
the first election under this Act, and that imme-
diately after the passage of this Act, they shall
give at least five days notice of the time at which
said election shall he held; at which election all
persons qualified, as prescribed in the third and
fourth Sections of this Act, shall be entitled to
vote for one person for Mayor and six persons for
