BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 27, 1872..
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
the appointment of a Committee of Conference, to take into
consideration a bill entitled an Act to prohibit stock from
running at large in Reisterstown, Baltimore county, which
was returned to this House, unfavorably reported from Select
Committee, which unfavorable report was adopted by your Honorable Body.
We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs. Banks,
Foard, of Baltimore county, and Litzinger.

We return herewith the House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Attorney General to institute proceed-
ings to forfeit the charter of the Falls Road Turnpike Com-
pany of Baltimore county, as required by your message.

at large in and around Reisterstown, in Baltimore county.
