Gentlemen of the Senate : We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body, the appointment of a Committee of Conference, to take into consideration a bill entitled an Act to prohibit stock from running at large in Reisterstown, Baltimore county, which was returned to this House, unfavorably reported from Select Committee, which unfavorable report was adopted by your Honorable Body. We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs. Banks, Foard, of Baltimore county, and Litzinger. By order, MILTON Y. KIDD, Chief Clerk. Also, The House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact sec- tion 20, of an Act passed at the present Session of the Gen- eral Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to regulate the inspection of tobacco. Which was read and referred to Messrs. Compton, Wil- liams and Wilson. Also, The House bill entitled an Act to prevent stock running: at large in and around Reisterstown, in Baltimore county. Which was laid on the table. |
