Mr. Henry, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
, The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 143, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Chancery' sub-title " Testimony and Witnesses," and to re-enact the same in an
amended form.
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Tuck, from the same Committee, reported favorably,
The House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to Article LIV, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
M Land Office."
Which was read the second time.
Also, from the same Committee, to which had been re-
ferred
The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article LXXV,
of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, by adding
additional sections, providing for the ascertaining by Courts
of sums of money alleged to be due the State, in cases re-
ferred to in this Act.
