" City of Baltimore, sub-title elections," be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as-
follows:
SEC. 215. At every election in the City of Balti-
more, the polls shall he open for the reception of
votes from six o'clock A. M. until six o'clock P. M.,
and no longer.

SEC. 2. And be if enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 24.
AN ACT to authorize the Proprietors of Greenmount
Cemetery to increase the permanent fund for the
maintenance thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That in lieu of the sum of forty thousand
dollars, reserved in the present charter of the Pro-
prietors of Greenmount Cemetery to be set apart and
invested for the future maintenance thereof, the
President and Directors of the said Cemetery be, and
they are, hereby authorized to increase the same to
one hundred thousand dollars, as though that had
been the sum named in the Act entitled a supplement
to " An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of the
Greenmount Cemetery," passed on the twenty-third
day of March, in the year eighteen hundred and
thirty-nine.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
