be and the same are hereby exempt from the opera-
tion of chapter two hundred and thirty-one, of the
Public Local Laws, passed, at the January session of
eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled " an Act to
protect fish and wild fowl in the waters of Queen
Anne's, Kent, Caroline and Harford counties."
SEC. 2. Am! be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 32.
AN ACT authorizing Dr. William Stewart, guar-
dian of John Walter, a minor, to pass his final
account with the Orphans' Court of Somerset
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Dr. William Stewart, guardian of
John Walter, minor, bo and he is hereby authorized
to pass his final account as guardian before the Or-
phans' Court of Somerset county, and to pay and
deliver- over to the said John Walter all Ills property,
real and personal, and moneys that may be due to
him on the said final account, and to take his receipt
for the same, which shall lie acknowledged and re-
corded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said
county, and have the same effect as if the same was
executed by a person of full age.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That from and after the
passage of this Act, the said John Walter shall be
answerable for all debts, contracts and liabilities
made and entered into by him, and may sue and be
sued as fully as if he was of full age.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
