CHAPTER 33.
AN ACT to authorize Louisa M. Rial to settle her
account, as guardian to Albert Rial, and deliver
over the estate to said ward.
SECTION 1. Be if enacted by the General Assemble of
Maryland, That Louisa M. Rial, guardian to Albert
Rial, a minor; be and she is hereby authorized to
pass her final account, as guardian, before the Or-
phans' Court of Wicomico county, and to pay over
and deliver to said Albert Rial, all his property, real
and personal, and moneys that may be due to him on
the said final account, and to take Iris receipt for the
same, which shall be acknowledged and recorded in
the Office of the Register of Wills for said county,
and have the same effect as if the same was executed
by a person of full age.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Albert
Rial shall he answerable for all liabilities, debts and
contracts, made and entered into by him, and may
sue and be sued as fully as if he were a man of full
age, and that all deeds and other instruments of
writing, made and executed by him, shall be as good
and binding in law, as if he were a man of full age.
SEC. 3. And be if enacted, That this Act shall take
.effect from the date of its passage.
