SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the children of the

of her, shall be legitimated by virtue of said mar-

riage, and be capable in law to inherit and transmit

CHAPTER 291.

AN ACT to remove all gates from the public roads
|
|

of Charles county.
|
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
 
|
Maryland, That from and after the first day of June,
|
|

county commissioners, to erect, have or keep any

gate upon the public roads of Charles county, and

districts, from and after the date in the section here-

inbefore named.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person who

shall in any way or manner hinder, molest, obstruct
|
|
 
|
or disturb any supervisor in the performance of the
|
|
