CHAPTER 372.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections thirty and sixty-seven,

 

of article eighty-one, of the Code of Public Gen-

 

eral Laws, in so far' as the same relate to Harford

 

county, and to re-enact the following sections in

 

lieu thereof, to apply to Harford county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

re-enacted.

Maryland, That sections thirty and sixty-seven, of

 

article eighty-one, of the Code of Public General

 

Laws, be and the same are hereby repealed, in so

 

far as the same relate to Harford county, and the

 

following sections to be numbered as thirty A, thirty

 

B, thirty G, thirty D. thirty E, and sixty-seven, be

 

and the same are hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to

 

apply to Harford county.

 

SECTION 30. A. The County Commissioners of
