LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

contained shall have the effect of invalidating in any

 

way the condemnation assessments, contracts or pro-

 

ceedings of any kind heretofore made and now

 

pending in reference to the opening and construc-

 

tion of Edmondson avenue, in Baltimore county, the

 

work or which is now in progress, and all appliances,

 

proceedings and contracts now in operation, shall

 

be continued, and all further proceedings necessary

 

for the completion of said avenue, shall and may be

 

had and taken under any and all laws at any time

 

heretofore in force, in the same manner as if the

 

said laws had not been repealed.

 

SEC. 3. And. be it enacted, That all streets, avenues

plats of which may be ratified and confirmed by the

 

said County Commissioners or by the Circuit Court

 

of Baltimore county, as the case may be. shall be

constructed and macadamized, graveled, shelled,

 

paved or curbed, as hereinafter provided for; and

which application may be made to condemn, open,

 

grade and construct, the grades established shall be

 

conformed to in the grading and construction of the

 

same, and whenever the grade has not been estab-

 

lished on any street, avenue or alley, or such part
