The Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, Baltimore, and the Clerks of the Courts throughout
the State have given us splendid cooperation in administering the license laws, and in all matters
pertaining to licenses.
The 1956 Session of the General Assembly enacted Chapter 90 of the Acts of 1966, which is known
as the Unfair Cigarette Sales Act. Considerable time has been spent in the preparation for the ad-
ministration of this new law, which becomes effective July 1st, 1966.
Respectfully submitted,
EDWARD J. DYAS,
Chief Inspector State Licenses.
