1150 ARTICLE 4.

with the new Northern city line; thence westerly along said line to its
intersection with the east side of Charles Street Avenue; thence southerly
along the. east side of Charles Street Avenue to its intersection with the
old Northern city line; thence westerly along the said line to its inter-
section with the east side of Jones Falls; thence southerly and southeast-
erly along the east and northeast side of Jones Falls to the north side of
Preston Street; thence easterly along the north side of Preston Street to
its intersection with the old Eastern city line; thence southerly on the
said line to its intersection with the northwest side of Philadelphia Road
at the place of beginning.

The Fourth District as laid out embraces the territory now comprised
within a part of the fourth, and the sixth Precinct of the Fourth Ward,
Thirteenth Ward, Fourteenth Ward, and a part of the twentieth, the
twenty-first to forty-fourth Precincts, inclusive, of the Fifteenth Ward,
and the first, second, a part of the third, the fourth, a part of the fifth,
twenty-ninth, a part of the thirtieth Precincts of the Sixteenth Ward, and
the Seventeenth Ward.

Beginning at the intersection of the northwest side of Lafayette Ave-
nue with the southwest side of Jones Falls; thence in a northwesterly
and northerly direction along the southwest and west side of Jones Falls,
to its intersection with the old Northern city line; thence westerly along
the said line to its intersection with the northeast side of the Western
Maryland Railroad; thence southeasterly along the northeast side of said
Western Maryland Railroad to the west side of Monroe Street; thence
northerly along the west side of Monroe Street to the north side of Laurens
Street; thence easterly along the north side of Laurens Street to its inter-
section with the east side of Gilmor Street; thence southerly along the-
east side of Gilmor Street; to the north side of Lafayette Avenue;
thence easterly along the north side of Lafayette Avenue to the north-
east side of Fremont Avenue; thence southeasterly along the northeast-
erly side of Fremont Avenue to the north side of Saratoga Street; thence
easterly along the north side of Saratoga Street to the west side of
Greene Street; thence northerly along the west side of Greene Street to
the north side of Mulberry Street; thence easterly along the north side
of Mulberry Street to the west side of Eutaw Street; thence northerly
along the west side of Eutaw Street to the southwesterly side of Druid
Hill Avenue; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly side of Druid
Hill Avenue to the northwesterly side of Lafayette Avenue; thence north-
easterly along the northwesterly side of Lafayette Avenue to the south-
west side of Jones Falls at the place of beginning.

The Fifth District as laid out embraces the territory now comprised
within the first to nineteenth, inclusive, a part of the twentieth Precinct
of the Fifteenth Ward, a part of the third, a part of the fifth, and the
sixth to twenty-eighth, inclusive, a part of the thirtieth, thirty-first, thirty-
second Precincts of the Sixteenth Ward, and the fourth, fifth, sixth, sev-
enth, and a part of the eighth Precinct of the Nineteenth Ward, and the
