SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That the said Board of

WHEREAS it is proposed by certain property own-

|

ers in Baltimore county to convey to the Mayor and
|
|
|
|
|
City Council of Baltimore certain property situated
on or near Charles street avenue, in Baltimore
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

|
|
bly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized

to accept a deed or deeds of conveyance pf and to
|
|
|
|
|
hold certain property, not exceeding fifty acres, ly-
|
|
|
|
|
ing on or Charles street avenue, in Baltimore county,
from the heirs of Samuel Wyman, Esquire, late of
|
