AN ACT to condemn, open, grade and construct

|
|
|
|
Fulton avenue from the north boundary line of

|
|
|
|
Baltimore city to the north easternmost side of
|
|
|
|
|
Druid Hill avenue at Druid Hill Park, in Balti-
|
|
|
|
|
more county.
|
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS the opening and construction of Ful-
|
|
|
|
|
ton avenue from north Boundary avenue to Druid
|
|
|
|
|
Hill Park is a much needed improvement and a great
|
|
|
|
|
public necessity, as it would form a direct line of
|
|
|
|

communication between the western and north-
|
|
|
|
|
western sections of Baltimore city and Druid Hill
|
|
|
|
|
Park, and give to that portion of the county in the
|
|
|
|
|
vicinity, and lying west of the Reisterstown turn-
|
|
|
|
|
pike road, much greater facilities for reaching the
|
|
|
|
|
Park and the city ; therefore —
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That whenever it may be desirable
|
|
|
|
|
to have Fulton avenue condemned, opened, graded
|
|
|
|
|
and constructed from the north boundary line of
|
|
|
|
