said judges of election ; and the said respective suras

CHAPTER 376.

|
|
|
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the
|
|
|
|
|
claim of Andrew J. George, and to pay John Q.
|
|
|
|
|
Codling and H. E. Loane, and the Librarian.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he
|
|
|
|
|
is hereby directed to issue his warrants on the Treas-
|
|
|
|
|
urer to pay to Andrew J. George the sum of two
|
|
|
|
|
hundred dollars, being the amount paid by him in
|
|
|
|
|
error and received into the treasury of the State in
|
|
|
|
|
the year eighteen hundred and sixty-seven ; to the
|
Issue war-
|
|
|
|
Librarian, to defray the expense of distributing the
|
rant.
|
|
|
|
Revised Code, Scharf 's History of Maryland, win-
|
|
|
|
|
gate's Register, and Hinkley's Testamentary Law,
|
|
|
|
|
two hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be
|
|
|
|
|
necessary ; that the Comptroller of the Treasury be
|
|
|
|
|
and he is hereby directed to draw his warrant in
|
|
|
|
|
favor of John Q. Codling and H. E. Loane, for the
|
|
|
|
|
sum of two hundred and eighty-nine dollars, for
|
|
|
|
|
work done at House of Correction.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
|
