said judges of election ; and the said respective suras


so hereby respectively appropriated and directed to be


paid, shall be paid to the parties entitled to receive the
same by the Treasurer of this State, upon the war-


rants of the Comptroller, which said warrants the


said Comptroller is hereby directed to draw in favor


of the parties so entitled to receive the same.

CHAPTER 376.


AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the


claim of Andrew J. George, and to pay John Q.


Codling and H. E. Loane, and the Librarian.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he


is hereby directed to issue his warrants on the Treas-


urer to pay to Andrew J. George the sum of two


hundred dollars, being the amount paid by him in


error and received into the treasury of the State in


the year eighteen hundred and sixty-seven ; to the

Librarian, to defray the expense of distributing the

rant.

Revised Code, Scharf 's History of Maryland, win-


gate's Register, and Hinkley's Testamentary Law,


two hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be


necessary ; that the Comptroller of the Treasury be

favor of John Q. Codling and H. E. Loane, for the


sum of two hundred and eighty-nine dollars, for


work done at House of Correction.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
