And the Defendt. pr Sam Worthington his Attorney Comes & Defends the force & injury aforesd & wn &ca. And Saith that ye Plt ought not to have his accon aforesd & Saith that he is no wayes indebted to the plt & desires it may be enquired into by the Country by hearing of the Evidences that we have Somoned for our Defence. &ca.
