of the faith &ca. To the Sheriff of Somerset County Greeting Wee Comand y^w that of the goods Chattels & Credits

of Lawrence Crawford y^w cause to be made as well the Sum of four thousand nine hundred & fourty pounds of tobacco, being

a Certaine debt which ffrancis Jenckins Gents by y^e Consideration of o^r Justices of o^r County Court the 11^th day of November

an^o Domi 1694 was adjudged to the Said ffra. Jenckins agt the said Law: Crawford as Adm^r to Benj^m Keizer decd whereupon

the Said Law Crawford is Convict as also the Sum of One hundred fourty & two pound of tobacco more for his Cost & Charges

Expended in and about the Sd Sute which two Sums amount to five thousand eighty two pounds of tobacco the which by

you So made as aforesd y^w delive deliver to ffra: Jenckins or his Assigns And of y^r precedences herein y^w make Returne

unto our said Justices dated the 14^th day of November in y^e Sixth year of o^r Reign &ca Anno Domin 1694 –

That this day Ss^t / the 16^th day of Novemb^r An^o Dom. 1694 John & James Henderson both of Somerset County were

Sworn due & true Appraism^t to make of all Such goods Chattels as shall be levyed by the Sheriff by vertue of Several p^rcepts

upon y^e goods and Chattels of Law Crawford Sworne before me                          Wm: Whittington.

appertaining to Law Crawford late of this County to the value of Two thousand Sixty three pounds of tobacco & five

hundred & tenn pounds of Porke at the least & when y^w have ye value aforesd or any part thereof, the Same Secure –

until the Said Law. Crawford shall either by himself or attorney appear before y^e Justices of o^r next County Court to be

holden the Second Tuesday in January next there to answer unto Peter Dent by a plea of trespas on the Case

and that y^e Sumon the Person or Persons Garnishe or Garnishees in whose hands the Effects or any part thereof are

attached that they appear the day aforesd before o^r Justices of o^r Said County Court to show Cause (if any they have)
