Attached the full value of this within precept by part of Two Negers Bess & Moll. pr me November ye 16th 1694 Martin Trontham Sub sheriff The Court abovesd Orders Condemnation & Exn of ye goods &ca abovesd as pr returne made thereof Maryland Ss William and Mary by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance & Ireland King & Queen Defenders of the faith &ca. To the Sheriff of Somerset County Greeting Wee Comand yw that of the goods Chattels & Credits of Lawrence Crawford yw cause to be made as well the Sum of four thousand nine hundred & fourty pounds of tobacco, being a Certaine debt which ffrancis Jenckins Gents by ye Consideration of or Justices of or County Court the 11th day of November ano Domi 1694 was adjudged to the Said ffra. Jenckins agt the said Law: Crawford as Admr to Benjm Keizer decd whereupon the Said Law Crawford is Convict as also the Sum of One hundred fourty & two pound of tobacco more for his Cost & Charges Expended in and about the Sd Sute which two Sums amount to five thousand eighty two pounds of tobacco the which by you So made as aforesd yw delive deliver to ffra: Jenckins or his Assigns And of yr precedences herein yw make Returne unto our said Justices dated the 14th day of November in ye Sixth year of or Reign &ca Anno Domin 1694 – ❂ Seal J West Clr Cur. By Vertue of this prcept I have Executed One Neger Boy Dack & the Sum of one thousand and eighty two pounds of tobacco part of other Negers praised by me Martin Trontham Sub Sheriff November ye 16th. 1694 / Memorand That this day Sst / the 16th day of Novembr Ano Dom. 1694 John & James Henderson both of Somerset County were Sworn due & true Appraismt to make of all Such goods Chattels as shall be levyed by the Sheriff by vertue of Several prcepts upon ye goods and Chattels of Law Crawford Sworne before me Wm: Whittington.
