Maryland Ss / William and Mary by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance & Ireland King & Queen Defenders of

the faith &ca. To the Sheriff of Somerset County Greeting, Wee Comand yw that of the goods Chattels & Credits of Law.

Crawford yw cause to be made as well the Sum of three hundred pounds of tobacco being a Certaine debt which Peter

Dent by the Consideration of or Justices of or County Court the 11th day of November Ano Dom 1694 was adjudged to the

Said Peter Dent which he by occasion of a Certaine accon brought agt Benjm Keizer decd whereof the sd Crawford is

become Admr & in Open Court Confest judgmt in the foresd three hundred pounds of tobacco whereof he the sd Crawford

is Convict as and the Sum of One hundred & four pounds of tobacco for his Cost & Charges expended in and about ye

Same which two sums amounted to four hundred & four pounds of tobacco the which by yw So made as aforesd yw deliver

to Peter Dent or his Assigns & of yr proceedings yw make yr returne to our Said Justices dated the 14th day of November

in the Sixth year of our Reign &ca Anno Domini 1694 –       ❂ Sealed — — — J West Clr Cur.

        Executed Two Ews & a Ram & one hundred & four pounds of tobacco in other goods for ye Within Execution

       November ye 16th 1694
