An act to authorise the commissioners of Baltimore county
to levy a sum of money for a purpose therein mentioned.
|

Commission-
ers to levy.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Baltimore county, be and they
are hereby authorised and directed to levy annually upon
the assessable property of said county, a sum of money
sufficient to pay the visitors of the jail from Baltimore
county, the same rate of mileage as now allowed to the
commissioners of said county, and cause the same to be
paid to said visitors in the same manner as other charges
are now paid.

An act for tht relief of Rachel Armstrong and Angeline
Purnell of Harford County.
|

Commission-
ers to levy.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, are hereby
authorised and empowered, in their discretion to levy
annually, upon the assessable property of Harford county,
the sum of twenty-five dollars, for the use and maintenance
of Rachel Armstrong of said county; and also in their dis-
cretion to levy the like sum of twenty-five dollars the for use
and maintenance of Angeline Purnell of said county.

An act to change the name of Aron Meyers Rothschild, of
the city of Baltimore, to that of Aron Meyers.
|

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the name of Aron Meyers Rothschild, of
the city of Baltimore, be and the same is hereby changed
and altered unto that of Aron Meyers, and it shall and may
be lawful for the said Aron Meyers Rothschild, at all times
hereafter to be called and known by and hold and use the
name of Aron Meyers, and by that name to sue and be
sued, in any court of law or equity.
