294) the first Beginning containing and now laid out for four hundred and fifty six Acres of Land more or less together with all Buildings Improvements Profits Commodities appurtenances and Advantages thereunto belonging and appurtaining To Have and to Hold to him the Said Edward Crabb his Heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their own use and behoof and to no other use intent & Purpose whatsoever and the said Henry Wright Crabb for himself & his Heirs doth hereby warrant and for Ever ^defend^ defense the said Land and Premisses unto him the said Edward Crabb his heirs and assigns for Ever of and from all manner of Persons Claiming any Right Title Interest Property or demand thereto from by or under him the said Henry Wright Crabb and his heirs & assigns forever Provided Nevertheless and it is the true Intent and meaning of these Presents that if the said Henry Wright Crabb shall repay unto him the said Edward Crabb the aforesaid Sum of Money Mentioned in the Execution afs.d as all Damages and Costs that have accrued thereon or hereafter may accrue at or upon the first day of May next ensuing the date hereof that then and in Such Case this Present Deed of Conveyance shall be Void and of none Effect otherwise to be and remain in full force and Virtue to all Intents and purposes whatsoever In Witness whereof the Said Henry Wright Crabb hath hereunto Set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above written But in Case the aforesaid sum of Money Mentioned in the Execution afsd with the damages and Costs as aforesaid be not paid by the time above Mentioned then it shall and May be Lawful for the aforesaid named Edward Crabb his heirs or Assigns to sell the aforementioned Tract or parcel of Land and after Satisfaction |
