295) made of the Money Damages and Costs Mentioned in the Execution beforementioned to the Said Edward Crabb his heirs or Assigns then the Overplus of the Sale of Said Land to be paid unto the afore named Henry Wright Crabb his Executors Administrators or Assigns any thing herein before Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Andrew Heugh Henry Wright Crabb W.m Luckett On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit On the 18.th day of August 1758 Came Henry Wright Crabb before us two of his Lordships Justices of Frederick County and acknowledged the Land and Premisses within Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within Mentioned Edward Crabb his Heirs and Assigns according to the Intent and Meaning of the within Deed Taken and Acknowledged Before Andrew Heugh W.m Luckett Aug.t 18.th 1758 Received a Relasement from Edward Crabb to James Dickson Esq.r Sheriff of Frederick County for the Execution within Mentioned which is full Satisfaction for the within Bargained and Sold Land Witness Andrew Heugh Henry Wright Crabb W.m Luckett On the 21.st day of August 1758 Came Ann Crabb the Wife of the aforesaid Henry Wright Crabb before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of Frederick County who being privately examined by us out of the hearing of her said Husband released her right of Dower to the within Land and Premisses and acknowledged that she did the same freely and willingly without being Induced thereto by Threats of her said Husband or fear of his displeasure taken and acknowledged before 9 sides David Lynn Recorded 16.th Sep.r 1758 Andrew Heugh |
