Ex.d   This Indenture made on the 18.th day of September
       in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred fifty and eight
       Between John Cooke of Prince Georges County Gentleman of
       the One part and Clement Hill Basil Warring and Henry Rozier
       of the same County Gentleman of the other part whereas the said
       John Cooke heretofore became Security and was bound for a Certain
       Rachel Sprigg of Prince Georges County aforesaid Widow and by that
       means hath been Obliged to pay Several large Sums of Money and
       for the repayment thereof hath been under the Necessity of taking up
       on Interest of Benjamin Tasker Esq.r of the City of Annapolis the
       Sum of three Hundred and fifty pounds Sterling or sume other large
       Sum for which the said Crement Hill Basil Warring and Henry
       Rozier at the Special instance and request of the said John Cooke
       became jointly and Severally bound unto the said Benjamin Tasker
       Esq.r in One Bond or Obligation now in the keeping and Possession of
       the said Benjamin Tasker   Now This Indenture Witnesseth
       that ^that^ the said John Cooke for and to the Intent that the said Clement
       Hill Basil Warring and Henry Rozier or either of them Their
       or either of their Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and
       may be well and truly Satisfied Recompenced Contented paid and
       saved harmless for all and Singular Such Bills bonds or
       Obligations which they the said Clement Hill Basil Warring
       and Henry Rozier have heretofore made or hereafter shall jointly
       make with the Said John Cooke Hath given Granted Bargained
       and Sold and by these Presents doth give grant Bargain and
       Sell unto the said Clement Hill Basil Warring and Henry Rozier
       their Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract or parcel of Land
       called Graiden whereon the Dwelling House of the said John
       Cooke now stands together with all the other the several Tracts
