Gaithersburg                                     2145

Beginning at a point on the present Corporate Limits of the City of
Gaithersburg, Maryland, said point being also at the westernmost corner
of Lot 11, Block G in the Addition to Section Two, Rosemont, as shown
by a plat recorded in Plat Book 60, Plat 4952 among the Land Records of
Montgomery County, Maryland, and running thence with the present Cor-
porate boundary line and the northwest lines of Lots 11 and 7, Block G,
in the aforementioned plat and with bearings referred to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary Commission meridian.

1.    N 74° 41' 17" E—442.30'; thence leaving the northwest line of
Lot 7, Block G, aforesaid and running still with the present Corporate
boundary

2.   N 20° 43' 48" E—145.32' to intersect the extension of the north-
east line of Rosemont Drive as shown by a plat of Section One, Rosemont,
recorded in Plat Book 44 at Plat 3262, among said Land Records; thence
leaving the present Corporate boundary and running with the extension
of said northeast line of Rosemont Drive

3.   S 56° 27' 43" E—156.05' to the northwest corner of present dedi-
cation of Rosemont Drive as shown by Plat 3262; thence crossing Rosemont
Drive with the limits of dedication thereof

4.   S 74° 41' 17" W—79.68' to the southwest corner of present dedi-
cation of said Drive, it being also the northwest corner of Lot 7, Block G,
as shown on the aforementioned plat No. 4952; thence with the southwest
line of Rosemont Drive aforesaid

5.    S 56° 27' 43" E—19.60'; thence leaving the line of said Drive and
running so as to cross Lot 7, Block G aforesaid

6.   S 33° 32' 17" W—200.00 to the common line between Lots 7 and
11, Block G; thence with said line

7.   S 56° 27' 43" E—9.98'; thence leaving the line between Lots 7
and 11, Block G and running so as to cross Lot 11, Block G

8.   S 33° 32' 17" W—346.58' to the southwest line of Lot 11 afore-
said; thence with the southwest line thereof

9.   N 37° 52' 33" W—413.60' to the place of beginning containing
2.8084 acres of land."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City
of Gaithersburg, that the date of introduction of this resolution is the
2nd day of November, 1970, and it shall become effective forty-five (45)
days following its adoption, unless a prompt Petition for Referendum
thereon shall be filed as permitted by law, provided that notice as re-
quired by law be published in The Gaithersburg Gazette, a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Gaithersburg, once each week in the
weeks of November 2, November 9, November 16, and November 23, 1970,
said notice to provide for public hearing to be held on December 7, 1970,
at 8 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Mayor and City Council, 31
South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of Gaith-
ersburg that promptly after this resolution shall become effective the City
Manager shall send copies of said resolution to the following:
