Gaithersburg                                     2151

All of that piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Gaithersburg Election District No. 9, Montgomery County, Maryland, being
part of that land conveyed by William Rich Caulfield, unmarried, Frank
C. Caulfield, unmarried, and Mary C. Byrnes, widow, to Frank P. Falci,
Jr., Bobby T. Lee and James W. Deppa, Joint Tenants, Trustees, duly
Elected and serving for Gaithersburg North Joint Venture by deed dated
April 18,1967, and recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery Coun-
ty, Maryland in Liber 3612 at Folio 589; and part of that land conveyed by
Elizabeth Caulfield, widow, William Rich Caulfield, Francis C. Caulfield and
Mary Caulfield Byrnes, widow, to the Potomac Electric Power Company,
by deed dated April 11, 1958, and recorded among the said Land Records
in Liber 2465 at Folio 390; and being more particularly described in the
meridian of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission as follows:

Beginning for the same at the beginning of Part Two of said convey-
ance recorded in Liber 3612 at Folio 589, said point being also situate on
the southeasterly line of the aforesaid 250 foot wide parcel conveyed to the
Potomac Electric Power Company; thence leaving said Potomac Electric
Power Company property and running with said conveyance in Liber 3612
at Folio 589

1.  South 32° 04' 11" East, 952.07 feet to # stone found; thence

2.    South 70° 40' 06" East, 212.50 feet, passing over a stone found at
the end of 191.05 feet, to a point; thence

3.    South 49° 12' 38" West, 789.33 feet to a point on the northeast-
erly side of Interstate Route No. 70-S, 250 feet wide, as delineated on Mary-
land State Roads Commission Right of Way Plats Nos. 11269 and 11268;
thence running with said northeasterly side of Interstate Route No. 70-S,
along the arc of a curve deflecting to the left, having an

4.    arc length of 1,401.79 feet, a radius of 11,584.16 feet, and a chord
bearing and distance of North 48° 08' 01" West, 1,400.94 feet to a point
on the aforesaid southeasterly line of the Potomac Electric Power Com-
pany Property; thence leaving said Interstate Route No. 70-S and running
with said southeasterly line

5.    North 63° 54' 29" East, 1,040.96 feet to the place of beginning, con-
taining a computed area of 23.8079 acres of land.

SUBJECT, however, to the easement areas along Interstate Route
No. 70-S as shown on Maryland State Roads Commission Right of Way Plats
Nos. 11268 and 11269.

SUBJECT, also, to a 50 foot wide easement for gas transmission lines
of the Colonial Pipe Line Company through the Frank P. Falci, Jr., et al
Property.

SUBJECT, in addition, to any and all other easements, rights of way
or covenants of record.

All of that piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Gaithersburg Election District No. 9, Montgomery County, Maryland, being
part of that land conveyed by William Rich Caulfield unmarried, Frank
C. Caulfield, unmarried, and Mary C. Byrnes, widow, to Frank P. Falci,
Jr., Bobby T. Lee and James W. Deppa, Joint Tenants, Trustees, duly
elected and serving for Gaithersburg North Joint Venture by deed dated
April 18, 1967, and recorded among the Land Records of Montgomery
County, Maryland, in Liber 3612 at Folio 589, and part of that land con-
veyed by Elizabeth Caulfield, widow, William Rich Caulfield, Francis C.
