2152                               Municipal Charters

Caulfield and Mary Caulfield Byrnes, widow, to the Potomac Electric Power
Company, by deed dated April 11, 1958, and recorded among the said Land
Records in Liber 2465 at Folio 390; and being more particularly described
in the meridian of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission as fol-
lows :

Beginning for the same at the beginning of Part One of said conveyance
recorded in Liber 3612 at Folio 589, said point being also situate on the
southwesterly side of Maryland State Route No. 355, 66 feet wide, (for-
merly U.S. Route No. 240); thence leaving said Route No. 355 and running
with the outlines of said conveyance

1.    South 62° 51' 04" West, 622.66 feet to a stone found; thence

2.    South 44° 34' 36" East, 261.91 feet to a point on the northwesterly
line of a 250 foot wide parcel conveyed by Elizabeth Caulfield, et al, to the
Potomac Electric Power Company, by deed recorded among the aforemen-
tioned Land Records in Liber 2465 at Folio 390; thence leaving the outline
of said Liber 482 at Folio 241 and running with said northwesterly line
of the Potomac Electric Power Company

3.    South 63° 54' 29" West, 1,109.06 feet to a point on the northeast-
erly side of Interstate Route No. 70-S, 250 feet wide, as delineated on
Maryland State Roads Commission Right of Way Plat No. 11268; thence
leaving said Potomac Electric Power Company property and running with
said northeasterly side of Interstate Route No. 70-S, along the arc of a
curve deflecting to the left, having an

4.    arc length of 631.65 feet, a radius of 11,584.16 feet, and a chord
bearing and distance of North 54° 32' 26" West, 631.56 feet to an iron pipe
set on the southeasterly side of Game Preserve Road, 30 feet wide; thence
leaving said Interstate Route No. 70-S and running along said southeasterly
side of said Game Preserve Road, as now laid out and existing, the five (5)
following courses and distances numbered five (5) through nine (9), in-
clusive

5.    North 41° 29' 04" East, 237.78 feet to a point; thence

6.    North 71° 40' 44" East, 298.73 feet to a point; thence

7.    North 22° 58' 14" East, 683.89 feet to a point; thence

8.    North 36° 19' 14" East, 295.17 feet to a point; thence

9.    North 56° 43' 04" East, 396.57 feet to a point on the aforemen-
tioned southwesterly side of Maryland State Route No. 355; thence leaving
said Game Perserve Road and running with said southwesterly side of
Route No. 355, thirty-three feet from and parallel to the centerline thereof,
as now laid out and existing

10.    South 37° 19' 16" East, 713.69 feet to a point; thence along the
arc of a curve deflecting to the left, having an

11.    arc length of 113.39 feet, a radius of 425.00 feet, and a chord
bearing and distance of South 44° 57' 51" East, 113.05 feet to a point;
thence

12.    South 52° 36' 26" East, 193.54 feet to the place of beginning, con-
taining a computed area of 33.4123 acres of land.

SUBJECT, however to the easement area along the Interstate Route
No. 70-S as shown on Maryland State Roads Commission Right of Way Plat
No. 11268.
